Rona Ginat is an attorney, a Mediator, Arbitrator and a Lecturer which runs a Mediation and Arbitration private practice in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Rona has gained over 15 years of experience in domestic and international dispute resolution, specializing in complex commercial, corporate, IP, and high-tech disputes.

She works with businesses and lawyers to resolve conflicts efficiently, discreetly, and professionally, and have conducted hundreds of mediations across a wide range of commercial matters.

Her practice reflects consistently high settlement and client satisfaction rates, particularly in sensitive commercial disputes and multi-party or cross-border contexts.

Rona is regularly appointed to international mediations by institutional bodies, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and other ADR organizations, and also serve as a mediator within the Israeli court system, including participation in the “Mahut” Project,
a mandatory pre-mediation process in Civil Magistrates’ Courts.

Rona is a CEDR-accredited mediator, a PON graduate, a licensed attorney, and hold a Master’s degree both in Business Law  (2019) and in Dispute Resolution (2012), integrating legal analysis with advanced mediation and negotiation methodologies.

Alongside her mediation practice, Rona is deeply engaged in professional education and field development. She lecture at leading academic institutions in Israel in the areas of mediation, negotiation, and dispute resolution, and train lawyers in mediation advocacy and negotiation strategy, with a focus on representing clients effectively in complex and high-stakes disputes.

Since 2016, Rona is continuously involved in the ICC International Mediation Competition, serving as a mediator, judge, and coach, and contributing to the professional development of emerging international dispute resolution practitioners.

Rona voluntarily served as a member of the Executive Board of the Israeli Organization of Mediators (2018–2022). These days, She chairs a professional committee within the organization responsible for drafting legislative proposals aimed at advancing the broader and more effective integration of mediation in Israel.

Rona also train and mentor junior mediators in court-authorized civil mediation practicums, including small claims matters.

Rona is The Israeli Representative of ADR ODR International which is a leading International Adr provider, and a member at several national and international mediation and ADR organizations

After passing the Israeli Bar exam in 2009, she worked as a corporate and litigation attorney in a leading law firm in Tel-Aviv (Glusman & Co.). She then served as a legal assistant (articled clerk)at the Tel Aviv District Court, and at 2015 opened her private Law & Mediation Practice.
