Rona Ginat is an attorney, a Mediator and Arbitrator which runs a Mediation and Arbitration private practice in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Rona is also a CEDR accerdited Mediator, and provides both national and International Mediation, Arbitration and legal services to a variety of clients in the commercial and corporate field, and in the family law field.

Rona had conducted mediations in hundreds of cases, and participates also as a mediator at the “Mahut” Project from the court system In Israel which is a Mandatory Pre-mediation Meeting on Civil Magistrates courts.

Rona participates regularly as a professional mediator, judge and coach for students at the yearly ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) Commercial Mediation competition which takes place in Paris. She also teaches and run seminars for lawyers in "Mediation Advocacy – Representing Clients in Mediation and Negotiation practices".

Rona is a certified Instructor and teaches "Mediation Practicum" (An advanced training for mediators in small claims cases on behalf of the court system in Israel).

Rona holds an LLB and BA degree (with honors) from IDC Herzliya (2008), a Master’s degree (M.A) in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Tel Aviv University (2012), as well as an L.L.M in Business law from IDC Herzliya (2019). She Graduated Mediation Practicum at the Israeli Bar association, Family Mediation course, Collaborative Divorce training and PON (program on Negotiation) from Harvard University.

Rona was a Board member at the Israeli Mediators organization from 2018-2022, which is the biggest organization for Mediators in Israel. She acted at this role on a voluntary basis.

After passing the Israeli Bar exam in 2009, she worked for a few years as a corporate and litigation attorney in a leading law firm in Tel-Aviv (Glusman & Co.). She then served as a legal assistant (articled clerk) for Hon. Judge (Ret.) Michal Rubinshtein, who served as the Vice President of the Tel Aviv District Court of Appeals, and later for Hon. Judge Avi Zamir of the Tel Aviv District Court. During her time at the Tel-Aviv District Court, she conducted mediations in dozens of civil and commercial cases from the Magistrate Court. During these mediations, she assisted the parties to settle their disputes though negotiations, open-mindedness and tolerance, and in an effective and economic manner.

Rona also acts as The Israeli Representative of ADR ODR International which is a leading International Adr provider and connected to mediators all over the world.
