My name is Rona Ginat and I am an attorney and a certified Mediator and Arbitrator in Israel.
I run a private practice that provides mediation, arbitration and legal services to a variety of clients (both national and international) in the commercial and corporate field, and in the family field.
I participate regularly as a professional mediator and judge in the international yearly ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) mediation competition which takes place in Paris. I also teach and run seminars for lawyers in Mediation Advocacy – Representing Clients in Mediation, and Negotiation practices.
I hold an LLB and BA degree (with honors) from IDC Herzliya (2008), as well as a Master’s degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Tel Aviv University (2012). I am currently pursuing my LLM degree with a major in Business Law. Graduated Mediation Practicum at the Israeli Bar association, Family Mediation course and Collaborative Divorce training. I’m a member of the Israeli Mediators organization.
After passing the Israeli Bar exam in 2009, I worked for a few years as a corporate and litigation attorney in a leading law firm in Tel-Aviv (Glusman & Co.). I then served as a legal assistant for Hon. Judge (Ret.) Michal Rubinshtein, who served as the Vice President of the Tel Aviv District Court of Appeals, and later for Hon. Judge Avi Zamir of the Tel Aviv District Court. During my time at the Tel-Aviv District Court, I conducted mediations in dozens of civil and commercial cases from the Magistrate Court. During these mediations, I assisted the parties to settle their disputes though negotiations, open-mindedness and tolerance, and in an effective and economic manner.
I will be happy to assist and you are welcome to contact me at:
